Cantonese opera, Guangdong music and the Lingnan School of Painting, collectively known as the “Three Treasures of Lingnan”, shine brightly with their rich heritage. To coincide with the exhibition “Legacy of Lingnan School of Painting: In Commemoration of the 120th Anniversary of the Birth of Chao Shao-an”, a special programme, titled “Harmony of Brush and Melody: A Tribute to Lingnan School of Painting”, will be held. The programme will feature performances by the Windpipe Chinese Music Ensemble, a local professional Chinese chamber music group.
